Refund policy
- WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS AT THIS TIME. However, items purchased online or in person can be exchanged, and issued a store credit within 14 days of the date upon received.
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. ALL SEASONAL/HOLIDAY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
- Worn, altered or washed items cannot exchanged. All items must be returned in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Gift items are eligible for exchange only.

- For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Joy and Jo's, LLC is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Exchanges MUST BE RETURNED PREPAID. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount you paid (this excludes any shipping costs).
- Please note: All custom made goods are final sale and non-refundable including monogrammed items, engraved items and any other made-to-order products. Please review the product page for more specific information about the item you want to purchase.
